Woolen Shawls & Borders of Himachal

The natural flora and fauna of Himachal Pradesh are beautifully crafted on pashmina and raffal. The shawls have beautiful color combinations and often an extra weft yarn is passed through the shed of the loom. The designs are often geometrical with the color combinations of saffron, blues, greens and purples.

Kullu pattu of Himachal have reserved a special place for itself. Traditionally they are in black and white combination and are complimented with designs of squares.
